  Had a wonderful experience. Customer service was great although there was a slight computer error between the old and new prescription, but it’s taken care of. Still, customer service was good.

  I calledy my insurance for a list of places i could go to and be covered. 3 of the companies on the list said they have never worked wirh my insurance. One said they could get me in on August 1st, it was June 1st two months away? So I called a few more 2 of them couldnt get me in until September and one couldn't get me in until October. So i just googled glasses stores near me and saw Pearle was close by. I called and spoke with such an amazing lady named Jamie. I explained what i had just been through and all and if she could tell me if they worked with my insurance. She looked it up and said that they did. So i asked how soon i could get in expecting a month or two wait before id be seen. She replies "We can get you in tomorrow at 3:00 or 4:20." I was able to go the next day for my eye exam no waiting months. I only delt with three people my entire time there but they were all so kind and extremely respectful. The doctor that did my eye exam (I completely apologize to her I cant remember her name) was so kind and knowledgeable, she answered every question I had and made some jokes so it was a very nice experience. When my eye exam was done the doctor took me to the front so I could look at frames and get the ones I liked ordered with the lenses I needed. The person that helped me was Jamie from the day before. She was so kind funny and genuinely caring. She helped me look for frames as we talked made jokes and juat had a good experience (that to me will now be a lifelong memory). When we were finally done the total was just 21 dollars over what my insurance would cover, without me saying anything Jamie says I know there's a 25 dollar coupon and started looking through her desk. She found it put the code in and I had to pay nothing out of pocket. Jamie made the entire experience a memory for me now. I will always remember the level of customer service Jamie provided. The store is great every employee I dealt with was so nice. Some of the frames can be pricey that would truthfully be my only complaint. But next year I will be back for my eye exam and I hope to be helped by you again Jamie.

  The associate belittle's you when he does not understand what is going on. I have been getting glasses and contacts my whole life and to talk down to me about my daughter's prescription is not good customer service. Horrible manners by talking over my wife and I. Worst customer service I have ever had in my 30 plus years of getting glasses and contacts. We will nit be going back here ever again.

  Bryan at Park City, Lancaster, Pa. Went far beyond his call to duty fixing my glasses today. He was most kind and professional . I could not be happier.
