Worst location ever. Screwed up my glasses and when I told them that I felt the prescription was off, the lady tried to gaslight me and tell me I NEED TO ADJUST. They are supposed to be THE EXACT SAME PRESCRIPTION AS THE GLASSES ON MY FACE. I also pointed out that my lenses weren't in the frame properly and she told me that's the way they were cut and its fine. MIND YOU, my NEW glasses are supposed to be IDENTICAL to my OLD glasses, down TO THE FRAME. They wouldn't listen to me for ANYTHING at this location and then told me I wasn't eligible for their 30 day money back guarantee because "I had returned my glasses too many times in the past". Yes... BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THEM!
Well I had my Neuro-Optomitrist check my lenses on my "identical" glasses and THE PRESCRIPTION WAS TOTALLY WRONG!!!! Even the CENTER OF MY PRESCRIPTION WAS OFF!!! I went to the York Galleria location where the AMAZING manager was able to help me immediately and get me NEW GLASSES that are CORRECT and FIT MY FRAMES.
I'd love to give a BIG middle finger to this place, I will NEVER get my glasses here again.
I now wonder how many other times when I had to return my glasses it was because they WERE MADE WRONG and this location didn't want to own up to it!!!

I've been searching different places to get glasses and every place I've gone to they do progressive only they don't do the line bifogals no more and I had progressive once before and they were horrible,. So when I went to LensCrafters today they still do have bifogals line so I was very happy I got transitions and bifogal lines on the bottom and I'm very happy.

After spending 5 or 10 minutes trying on sunglasses my GF settled on a nice pair of Ray Bans only to find out they took two weeks to order, even without an rx. So be forewarned they don't stock anything other than the smudged and possibly scratched glasses from the displays that have handled by a million people already. No thanks.

Sales associate, Sylvia, was charming, knowledgeable and informative. She made me feel comfortable with my choices and promptly rang up my purchase. I left feeling very good. She deserves a raise.

LensCrafters at Park City Mall was above excellent.
Heather was helpful but did not hover. Gave opinion if asked. She was helpful in my making decisions. Was honest. Did not try to up sell.
I would recommend Lens crafters to others. 40% off during our visit but we could have used our AARP card and gotten a discount anytime. We chose LensCrafters because they do give AARP discount.
Again Heather gave us an excellent shopping experience.
We used the physician there and he was excellent as well. He told my husband his eyes had not changed and he did not need new glasses. I on the other hand had changed which is why I went. I was tested for glaucoma, retinal detachment, cataracts and peripheral vision abnormalities. Plus then exam for glasses. Results were reviewed with me.
Excellent experience. Affordable.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
