But the last time my husband and son went they really goofed up insurance details and made it quite difficult. This time I went and insurance was again misread by the employee. I second guessed myself and believed the store associate. I settled for a much cheaper frame for my glasses when my insurance would have covered much more...All of those years I think I might shop around. I did call and complain just to be told that if I'm unsatisfied I have 30 days to return them. I'm sorry...that is nice and all but how about accountability? I think people don't know the meaning of that word anymore
- CWCyera WilliamsJan 24, 20265.0Just wanted to drop a five star because I had some issues with the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters – – which is separate from LensCrafters— And Matt, the store manager came to talk to me about the issues I had and I also helped me understand my contact prescription and brand. He also explained how I would go about refilling them… This is way more than what the receptionist in the back office did for me and I really appreciate that Matt took the time to do that. While I understand, the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters and LensCrafters are two separate businesses, they just have a partnership together, I wanted to come in and just recognize Matt for at least maintaining a partnership with one customer.
