Did not try to up sell. I would recommend Lens crafters to others. 40% off during our visit but we could have used our AARP card and gotten a discount anytime. We chose LensCrafters because they do give AARP discount. Again Heather gave us an excellent shopping experience. We used the physician there and he was excellent as well. He told my husband his eyes had not changed and he did not need new glasses. I on the other hand had changed which is why I went. I was tested for glaucoma, retinal detachment, cataracts and peripheral vision abnormalities. Plus then exam for glasses. Results were reviewed with me. Excellent experience. Affordable.
