- RBRay Barber6 days ago1.0Went in around 5 on 6/29. Nathan was on a phone call, sounded like it was with his DM as he was talking about “off boarding an employee.” Was never greeted, we bought protein bars (we have an award account with you whom your DM helped sign us up), he never asked for our account number, didn’t tell us the total, threw the bars in the bag, didn’t acknowledge our existence whatsoever. I am a sales manager, I understand being on a call, maybe the day wasn’t going as he had liked, however not even greet your guest, tell them what the total is, did you find everything okay, nothing. Is horrible customer service and I told him that. You guys lost a customer due to his lack of customer service.
