My only recommendation would be to get better at calling customers to tell them you are running behind. Morning appointments are good, but my afternoon appointment yesterday started 40 minutes late. I would have happily come in later vs missing extra time from work.

Since the office was closing early that Friday afternoon, I had only about five minutes with the provider—ten minutes would be generous. Unfortunately, the entire appointment felt rushed, and I left feeling as though my presence was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to address my concerns. I also felt that my questions and responses were hurried, and very little of my history was discussed. The only topic that was somewhat meaningfully addressed with the assistant who brought me to the room was my family history. I do want to mention that the front desk staff were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated. However, overall, this was not a good first impression of the provider or the office, and I left feeling that my concerns had not been adequately heard or addressed.
