  Erin took me back actually a few minutes early, which was appreciated. The procedure took a few minutes. Both Dr. Hallinan and Erin were professional and efficient. The office called the next day to follow up to see how I was doing. I appreciated their concern for my well being.

  I had six teeth extracted during one visit in preparation for getting a full upper denture. Dr. Bryce Hallinan, DDS, MD performed the extractions with no problems. Dr. Hallinan and his assistants were very knowledgeable, competent and courteous, as were all the non medical staff I dealt with. Overall my experience was as good as could as I could have asked for.

  I strongly advise all veterans, especially those with PTSD or any service-connected disability, to avoid this practice. I am a disabled veteran who suffered injuries in Iraq. Because of my PTSD, I require sedation for dental procedures and can sometimes wake up disoriented or vocal due to flashbacks. I disclosed this completely to the oral surgeon before my first appointment for a tooth extraction and bone graft.Months later, I prepped for my follow-up implant procedure. I went in for X-rays and a 3D scan a week prior, and the surgeon assured me everything was ready to go. Then, the very day before my scheduled surgery, the office called to cancel my appointment. They informed me they would not perform the implant because I had been "too loud" when waking up from sedation during my previous extraction.I am a large individual (6'6", 220 lbs), but I have never been violent, nor have I ever hurt anyone. I simply experience flashbacks. To cancel a necessary procedure the day before it is scheduled—for a known medical symptom they previously agreed to accommodate—is unprofessional and deeply discriminatory. Because of their last-minute cancellation, I am now forced onto a VA oral surgery waitlist that is a year out and requires me to travel up to an hour away. They abandoned me as a patient when I needed care. Do not bring your business here if you are a veteran.
