Took my free intro class and I was hooked!! The ladies that helped me check in were so nice and truly made me not feel like a stranger. The instructor was very thorough with us newbies, making it not feel so intimidating. I didn’t want to leave this review due to not wanting my classes getting booked up 😂 but they really deserve the credit because this location specifically, is beyond amazing 🙂

It was my first time at this location and they were incredibly accommodating. I was welcomed right away and introduced to the instructor, which is super important to touch base with them since everybody is different and may have limitations. I would certainly go back if I lived in the area.

My entire body has changed. I may be loosing my mind but I have a twisted spine and for year have been 5’6”… possibly a but taller. However, after over 100 classes of Pilates I just went to the doctor and I’m over 5’7”. This program has helped with my strength in my back as well as working to increase my ability to stand taller and straighter. I recommend this club to anyone on the fence who wants to see actual results in their flexibility and strength.

WARNING. They will not let you cancel a membership even for a medical or financial reason without charging you outrageous fees. I had to argue with them to cancel my membership when I suddenly needed surgery and would be unable to do any classes for 9 months. They still charged me 2 months worth for classes claiming I had to submit paperwork and wait 30 days. Money grabbers that do not care about their loyal members whatsoever.
9/1 - To reply to the comment: Interesting because I was told I had to provide a letter and STILL had to pay for multiple months worth. Your reply is exactly my point. I had a sudden injury (as most injuries are, no?) and was in a hospital, had surgery, and was obviously unable to continue doing pilates for months. The fact that I had to ask my surgeon to provide proof I was unable to do pilates is absurd. And why on earth would you charge someone for an entire extra charge due to an unforeseen medical reason. I didn’t just decide I didn’t want to do it anymore. It just goes to show you have zero care for your customers.I don’t care if it’s corporate or not.

What a SHAME it had to come to this, I looked at Herbert and Jackie like family. 3+ yrs of attending and over 250 classes never had an issue UNTIL the last couple of months when I've tried over and over again to CANCEL my membership. The original reason was simply because of my crazy work/traveling schedule NOW its because of the lack of professionalism and communication. My account was frozen for months recommended by Jackie to protect my membership rate instead of canceling and having to deal with the price increase when things slowed down with work and summer travels. I stopped in the club in March during normal business hrs yet no one was available to fill out my freeze extension, I was given apology and an excuse fine things happened so I proceeded to text jackie under the understanding she would process the freeze since she admitted it was their fault since no one was at the desk when there should have been, while while away on a cruise I got a nice surprise, I was charge the full membership price of $199 its one thing if I was available to take classes but I made it clear of my upcoming travels, I called the studio while on vacation and was told someone in management would get back, I've yet to receive a call from Herbert or Jackie, I stopped in to fill out the cancelation form back in May, I am still being charged, at this point I am at a lost of words, I was loyal to the club I could have went to other studios that were much CHEAPER. I felt I knew all the instructors and learned their ways of teaching, At this point it about the principal I took all the right steps to cancel my membership, I will not give up on getting the refund for the 2 months I was wrongfully charged. McKenzie, Sarah and Kareena thank you, best instructors anyone could ask for, as for the club itself I will NEVER FOOT IN THERE.
