  Really great! Good thorough cleaning. I can feel how clean my teeth are. Everyone working there is so nice and respectful of your time and the office and dental rooms are clean.

  My experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, unexpected billing, and unprofessional customer service. During my wife's regular dental visit, she was verbally informed that the cost of a deep cleaning would be approximately $160, which was the same estimate I had received for the identical procedure. I had my deep cleaning completed and was charged the quoted amount of $160. Based on that information, my wife scheduled her appointment, expecting the same pricing. However, after the treatment was completed, she was presented with a bill for over $340. At no point before or during the procedure did anyone inform her that the cost had changed or provide an updated estimate. More importantly, no one obtained her consent to proceed with the treatment at the significantly higher price. When we tried to discuss the issue, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Despite our request, we were not allowed to speak with the dentist to understand why the charges differed from what had been communicated. This experience felt like a surprise billing practice that could have been avoided with clear communication and transparency. Patients should always be informed of any changes to the estimated cost before treatment begins and should have the opportunity to approve or decline the procedure based on the updated price. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment at this office to request a written treatment plan and cost estimate before agreeing to any procedure. Do not rely solely on verbal estimates, as our experience shows that the final bill may be substantially different without prior notice.

  I used to be dental phobic, Dr Sara and crew have eased that fear. Remember the older we get dental care is just as important as it was before we were orphaned.

  Great 1st impression!!! Office and staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Sara was amazing! She was friendly and informative while taking the time to explain areas of concern and best options going forward. Definitely looking forward to going back and would highly recommend.

  I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Whitemarsh Family Dentistry since I began using them several years ago. I’ve never had to wait long, everyone is friendly and caring, and I never feel like they’re trying to give me services I don’t need. I’ve used them for semi-annual cleanings and Invisilign and been thoroughly happy.
