CIP Rehabilitation

At CIP Rehabilitation’s outpatient clinic in Kingston, PA, we provide comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for patients of all ages—from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy; vision therapy; work hardening; and general strength and conditioning programs.
