- TTTheAmazingSpaghettiApr 28, 20261.0They avoid telling you the price options till after they have you go through the whole process of measuring, trying on a bunch of stuff, and their whole sales pitch. That takes 20-30 minutes at least. They tell you it's because it wouldn't make sense till you understand the whole process and options, which is sort of true, but it's primarily a sales tactic. All the options are very very expensive, and maybe they are worth it for some, but there are no returns accepted. The inserts are not custom made for each person, they have you choose from options they have in the back, with their guidance, but till you wear them for a few weeks or months you won't know if they work for you. I didn't buy them.
