  The staff here are amazing. Katie sold me some glasses last month and was so helpful and patient. She let me know about the warranty and other services offered. Today I went back with my old pair, which I thought were not salvageable. Kacey was super kind and told me to come back in a half hour. When I came back she had adjusted the sides, replaced the nose tips and cleaned the lenses. When I asked to pay she told me it was free. 10/10 customer experience. Probably the first store I have ever gone to and felt compelled to write a review.

  Katie was excellent! We initially went in looking for new glasses for my wife and her recommendations were so helpful I walked out with own pair! She was very attentive and did not rush us at all. I would definitely come back. Great customer service.

  Katie is amazing!!! She is kind, creative, thorough, solves problems (big and small), and has the most amazing memory! She is truly a wonderful part of the KOP team. Stacey is terrific, too- both of them make for a wonderful experience.

  Wow. Wish I could give 10 more stars. Fabulous team that staffs this store. Incredibly knowledgeable and happy to tackle some extensive problem solving with a vision problem I was having. Customer for life with this great staff. Great variety of frames to choose from that are high quality with great style. Excited to come back and buy some new sunglasses in the future.

  WORTH EVERY PENNY! I asked a stranger where he got his glasses because they were so unique! He told me he got them at Oliver Peoples in California years ago and that he never shops anywhere else. So I ran right over to KofP Mall to see if I could find a pair (I needed a new pair of progressives). The staff member, Katie, picked them for me right away; they were the first pair I tried on and I ended up with them!! I love them! I have never been completely happy with progressives from other stores and I was hesitant to order. I am so happy with the quality of the frames and lenses and especially with how my prescription (progressive) was done in the lenses. I was so pleased that I went back to get sunglasses!!!! I am so thankful to have found this store. I trust each and every staff member I have worked with (Katie, Emma & Stacey!!) - they're all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and their customer service is stellar!!!! I never want to buy from anyone else! Shout out to Stacey for making me smile.
