A young woman named Emma helped bend up my frames to fit comfortably and made sure I didn't leave the store looking cockeyed. Thank you so much Emma! and the runway model looking manager who helped me shout her out on here

From her warm greeting, listening skills, timely attention and complete knowledge of product and services - she alone gets the 10. But then, the staff member who took me in a room for my exam deepened the experience. She spoke out every step of the tests and what to expect. I have never had such respect. She was thoughtful and calculated. After that, I waited all but 2 minutes for the eye doc. And of course, she was a star as well. She pointed me in the right direction with questions and information so that I could make an informed decision. This team is excellent and I can't say enough good things about the experience.
