- MMMichaela4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I had my eye exam done here about a year ago and after getting my glasses, I came back because the prescription felt very wrong. The lenses made me dizzy, felt like a magnifying glass, and were uncomfortable and unsafe for driving. I returned for a second exam, but during both visits I felt dismissed and laughed at when trying to explain my concerns. I was told my vision issues were “minimal,” even though I genuinely could not see properly through the glasses. I spent around $300 and barely wore the glasses because they simply do not work for me. What upset me most was feeling unheard and unvalued when I came back asking for help.

The Manager helped me navigate all of the options and explained all of the measurements required for the AI glasses. The manager also helped me navigate my vision insurance which is not easy so that all of my coverages were applied. I placed the order and in one week my new AI glasses were ready. I highly recommend this location!
