The Store Manager was amazing. She knew the operations quite well and personally invested in each customer on-site. From her warm greeting, listening skills, timely attention and complete knowledge of product and services - she alone gets the 10. But then, the staff member who took me in a room for my exam deepened the experience. She spoke out every step of the tests and what to expect. I have never had such respect. She was thoughtful and calculated. After that, I waited all but 2 minutes for the eye doc. And of course, she was a star as well. She pointed me in the right direction with questions and information so that I could make an informed decision. This team is excellent and I can't say enough good things about the experience.

Angel was very professional, offering much help to determine the best cost effective options for me to order lenses and a frame for my .updated lenses. He also replaced the frame's screw, fixing my current sunglasses so I have a backup pair. I look forward to seeing how the resulting pairs work when I pick them up in a few weeks. Thank you.

Very disappointing experience. I had my eye exam done here about a year ago and after getting my glasses, I came back because the prescription felt very wrong. The lenses made me dizzy, felt like a magnifying glass, and were uncomfortable and unsafe for driving. I returned for a second exam, but during both visits I felt dismissed and laughed at when trying to explain my concerns. I was told my vision issues were “minimal,” even though I genuinely could not see properly through the glasses. I spent around $300 and barely wore the glasses because they simply do not work for me. What upset me most was feeling unheard and unvalued when I came back asking for help.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
