  Around a week ago, I had found a pair of guess sunglasses that needed some fixing. I went to so many stores and they turned me away but I spoke to Kaylee (apologies if I am spelling your name wrong!) and she was absolutely wonderful! She spent almost 30 minutes trying to fix my glasses and even ended up giving me two free coach cases to put my sunglasses in. Thank you!!! Not only was she incredibly helpful and kind but her service was phenomenal.

  Great eye doctor and technology for eye exams, just be aware that once you use lenscrafter you will be inundated with marketing emails, annual appointments made on your behalf you never asked for, and phone calls to confirm said appointment you never made after you already declined twice via email. Just to give an idea on how they operate- after my eye exam the doctor walked me out to the eyewear rep where the doctor introduce me and told the rep I was looking to purchase new frames… ?? I never said that nor planned to purchase any eyewear?? It felt odd to have this minor step performed by the doctor like she was part of the sales workflow. Back to the predatory marketing, it doesn’t matter how many times you unsubscribe or if you never agreed to be sent information, as soon as you get home you will be chronically emailed about promotions and deals you never signed up for, and after you’ve blocked their emails and hit that unsubscribe button 1000 times, you will find that some months later they somehow manage to find you again! Absolute marketing leeches, makes me regret coming here actually. My prior eye doctor from out of state communicated with me exactly once a year, I recommend you stick with one not attached to a company that behaves like this desperate used car salesmen.

  I had a great and quick experience. I had already done my research and came in kind of last minute, but even then I was greeted with enthusiasm and an inviting smile. Sarah treated me with a lot of respect and made the entire process comfortable and easy. I explained that I wanted the Meta Scriber Smart Glasses, and she immediately got me a sample to try on. I was also interested in the Skylers, but I’m glad I tried them because they didn’t look right on me. Sarah helped me pick the right lenses and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Everything was smooth, quick, and efficient. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and made the whole experience seamless. I truly appreciated her help and customer service.
