  Long read. Went there first time in April due to vitamin shoppe closing. Signed up for the paid membership to get bogo half off protein every month. Guy who signed me up seemed nice Came back in may. Tried to buy protein first Sunday of the month. Guy said even with membership I did not get the half off Come back in June. New manager. Seems nice. Confirms that I do get the bogo Came back in August 3rd Monday at 540 pm. See guys closing up the store due to a “team building”. Had my two kids with me. Didn’t seem right. Came back August 4th again to do a five minute pick up Overall I am just underwhelmed by this store. It’s small and cramped. The people working here are just inconsistent and customer service is severely lacking.

  Great staff! As soon as you walk in they welcome you into the store. They answered all my questions and helped me pick the best vitamins.

  Mike Clancy @ the KOP location was instrumental in helping me choose the correct supplements. I worked out about a decade ago and needed some guidance. If you have the opportunity, go to Mike!

  Probably the worst run store in the area. The store is always closed and I can’t seem to figure out why. Never open during the hours they say so and horrible employees.
