I was looking to get contacts without vision insurance and Joe got me a great deal, about the same as if I did have insurance. He gave me options and prices for both 6 month supply and years supply, including all the discounts I was eligible for, and was patient while I decided. The customer service was exceptional and it only took 45 mins all together. I walked out with trial lenses, my printed prescriptions, and a contact care kit.

He stayed long after he needed to (not minutes...hours longer), patiently combed through our insurance to make sure we got the absolute best value, and then, with the patience of a saint, calmly took on what had to be one of the toughest contact lens fittings in history (my hangry 12-year-old son). There should've been dramatic music playing. Instead, there was just Joe being endlessly patient, funny, kind, and incredibly good at his job. Best eyeglass store experience we've ever had. Give this man a medal. The exam and the Dr. (Mary Nguyen OD) were awesome! Really thorough and she was super patient with our endless questions.
