I have gone to this practice for years and have ALWAYS left my appointment feeling cared for and cared about. Dr. Franck truly cares for his patients and always has their best interest at heart. He discusses with each patient what needs to be done and why. If there are options, he is extremely good at explaining each option and involving you in the process. Above all, he truly cares for his patients and is incredibly understanding when he has a patient who may be fearful. I know this first hand. Dr. Franck and the staff truly make you feel at home. I have total trust in each one of them and can't thank them enough for all they've done for me over the years.
