  Everyone here is great. I’ve been seeing this practice for a few years for just routine care and a few fillings. Dr. Franck is also doing my Invisalign and it’s been a seamless process. Nearly two weeks ago, I had the worst “sinus” pain I’ve had in my life followed by my tooth hurting. I called promptly at 8:30AM Monday morning and Kristin called Dr. Franck to see where I could be squeezed in. She called me back within and hour and I had an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Franck and Laura took multiple X-rays to so he could get the “perfect” angle. Dr. Frank diagnosed the infection within minutes and stated I needed a root canal ASAP. He would’ve done it that day but I had a work meeting that afternoon. He explained the procedure in detail and answered my questions. I was a nervous wreck and hesitant to do the root canal! After he explained it’s either that or we pull the tooth, i gladly took the root canal. I scheduled for the following day and it was as painless as it could be. During the procedure, he explained what was being done and what he was seeing. It confirmed my tooth was dead and the root canal was the right call. By the next day I was feeling SOOOO much better all thanks to Dr. Franck. About a week after my procedure, I’m nearly back to normal. I have no doubt the next steps with finishing my Invisalign and creating a crown will be just as great. No one loves going to the dentist but, this office makes it as simple and painless as they possibly can.
