- BKBO KnowsAug 7, 20265.0Dr Andrew is amazing! I haven’t had hearing aids since I was 7 ( that’s 31 years!) so this was an incredibly fearful and nervous adventure for me. This entire process has been absolutely phenomenal because of how great I have been treated as an individual and how much information and available help there is. We have a program to slowly bring me up to normal level hearing rather than overwhelm me with the world all at once and I can’t believe what I haven’t heard before and I have only just started! Dr Andrew is incredibly patient and is with you each step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with this choice. I walked in the door to schedule an appointment with tears in my eyes because I wasn’t sure if this was the right choice or not. Now I walk out with tears in my eyes because I can’t believe what I have been missing out on. This is a life changing adventure for me and I want to thank Dr Andrew for everything he has and has yet to do.
