  Exceptional experience all around. Front desk check in was smooth, pleasant, and friendly. Staff in the office acknowledged me, even if they weren't dealing with me. PA - Ashlee Keating is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate, even walking me out to the check out desk. Check out was just as smooth, and pleasant as check-in.

  The absolute worst experience I have had so far. Run don't walk. Don't go if you value your time or health. The office manager is a complete waste too. Horrible office .

  Love, Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Gutmann! We have been using this practice for years and it is very good because the doctors are for them is excellent. The last time we visited, we had the pleasure of meeting.Leigha Smith. She took my husband into the room to do his vitals and go over his medical history. She was exceptional. She was so nice and kind and a great addition to this practice. She is a people person, and made us feel very at ease prior to seeing the doctor.

  Dr. Frates is a great doctor, actually listened to me and prescribed a medication regimen that actually helps and changed my life. However, the actual office needs to get it together. No one ever answers the phones, getting an appointment or information is an actual nightmare. But I stay because I’m so grateful to Dr. Frates.

  The doctors there are warm and caring and are genuinely excited about treating you. Office staff is generally helpful and will go the extra mile when they have what they need to go to bat for you. I would refer anyone to them.
