  I had an urgent need for a last-minute root canal, and Dr. Crawford was able to get me in incredibly fast. From start to finish, the care and service were excellent. I experienced absolutely no pain during the procedure, and Dr. Crawford took the time to explain each step along the way, which made the entire experience much more comfortable and reassuring. There’s no need to travel to Greensburg or Pittsburgh for high-quality dental care. Dr. Crawford provides excellent comprehensive dental services and major dental work locally with professionalism, skill, and outstanding patient care.

  I cannot recommend Dr. David L. Crawford, DMD, and his office highly enough. I came to Dr. Crawford after years of struggling with severe tooth decay, which was caused in part by medications I have been prescribed for my mental health. Because of that, my dental situation has been something very emotional and difficult for me. It has affected my confidence and kept me from smiling freely for nearly 10 years. Before seeing Dr. Crawford, I had been to several dentists, and unfortunately, I often felt judged, dismissed, or spoken down to. My situation was not caused by laziness or a lack of caring, but that was not always understood. Dr. Crawford was completely different. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, but also very thoughtful in the way he explains things. He shares information clearly without ever being condescending, and that alone made a huge difference for me. What truly stood out was his compassion and bedside manner. I came in for my first root canal, and I was extremely anxious. Dr. Crawford made me feel respected, understood, and cared for throughout the experience. His approach has honestly changed the way I feel about getting dental care. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff. Bonnie at the front desk was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful with scheduling. Megan, the dental assistant, was an absolute delight and kept checking on me once she realized I was anxious. That meant more than she probably knows. Because of Dr. Crawford and his team, I feel comfortable continuing my dental care instead of avoiding it out of fear or embarrassment. I can confidently say this is my dental office now, and I would give Dr. Crawford my strongest recommendation to anyone looking for an endodontist who is not only skilled, but genuinely compassionate.

  Overall, a very positive experience. Not only was Dr. Crawford quick and concise with his diagnosis, but he also showed me exactly what was wrong and thoroughly explained the best course for treatment.

  I have an absolute fear of needles so when I needed 2 broken teeth removed everyone in his office and Dr Crawford himself took the time to tell me I have nothing to worry about. When it came time for the procedure he explained everything before he did it and why he was doing it. I have had many dental procedures in my life and this was the best experience with getting a needle in my mouth by a large margin. During the whole appointment he and his staff were very professional. I would recommend without hesitation Dr Crawford for any dental needs you have.

  Love this place I was in so much pain with my back tooth and I call the office and they were able to get me in the same day front desk was amazing. The one lady that took my X-rays was so sweet and listened to me. Crawford even was able to fix me up that same day and I didn’t have any more tooth pain. I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ highly recommend this place I’m so afraid of the dentist and I felt so comfortable and cared about they understood my pain and help me out so much love this place
