- SSSarah SJul 26, 20263.0Poor communication. Twice I have come in to pick up a prescription only to be told it's out of stock and has been ordered. It would be great if they could call the customer when they figure out they can’t fill something. When I mentioned this, they told me I should enroll in text updates. I am enrolled in text updates. I often get texts telling me something is ready after I have already picked it up. I wish they would pick up the phone and inform the customer when a prescription will be delayed.
