  Got in line at 8:55, the pharmacy opens at 9:00. Look at my watch it’s 9:04, still not open. About the same time I see the pharmacy employee come rushing through the entrance to Giant, yelling over, “ I’ll be right with you.” Finally the window opens and I tell her I am picking up a prescription and I would like to schedule a vaccine for myself and my husband, she says, you have to do that online. I said, I can’t figure out how to switch over to my husband’s profile. She says something to the pharmacist, who says to call if I can’t figure it out. First off, they never answer their phone and second, if you leave a message, it’s a coin toss if they return your call. I said, what about older people that don’t have phones, she said, then it takes a long time. I did figure out how to change to my husband’s profile and scheduled two appointments only to realize at the end, I had the wrong pharmacy. Instead of trying to schedule again at the pharmacy we use, the one I scheduled at, is just down the road. We went there and I told the girl that gave me the vaccine what happened and she said, we always help people schedule their appointments if they ask. We would have been more than happy to help you schedule in person. Next time I go into the Hershey Rd Giant Pharmacy to get a prescription, I will look at the person’s name tag that told me I had to schedule online and let corporate know. She could then tell you who the pharmacist was that did not intervene and tell her to help me schedule in person. The people that do not want to do their jobs and help the customers, should have some consequences, because then maybe they will start doing their jobs.

  I recently switch to this pharmacy and could not be happier. While they are very busy for pick up, they normally have 2 employees waiting on customers to eliminate long waits. Additionally, I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff -- always helpful and kind. I had an especially good interaction with Kelly as she assisted me in refilling a prescription.

  They do not answer thier phone. I went in person I was told to call them with my question. I have not successfully gotten my refill and its been weeks.

  Very nice personnel! Very knowledgeable! Using the website is easy and always updated! The staff is always so helpful! Conveniently in side of my favorite Giant grocery store!
