- DDDianeApr 20, 20261.0I was a new first time patient. When I was checking in I stood for about five minutes waiting for the girl sitting in front of me on the computer to acknowledge me. You would have thought I was non existing. I was was taken back to be reviewed with a tech on my paper work and felt so hurried. She was constantly talking with me and over me and then took me for x-rays. Didn’t even hear a word I was sayings then Kathleen O’Connell seen me that was a total waste of my time. Was trying to explain about what I was feeling in both my feet she too, was looking at her watch. I felt like there was a fire in the building. I ended up leaving and not one thing was done for me. All she could do is recommend things for me. I just wanted all conversation to go to my primary so he can handle it in a respectful professional way. I felt like I was nothing more but a number in the office and just she was worried about all she can get out of her patients and making money. It was the worst first time experience I’ve ever had and I will never be back and I will never recommend anybody to go there either. 😳🙄🙁

She took the additional time to thoroughly assess the conditions of both my feet. Dr. Kate previously treated me through a nasty fracture. She and her staff are great!
