  Donna and Jess are awesome! I didn’t even buy my hearing aids from them but when I called for service they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment within a hour of calling. Donna diagnosed and repaired my hearing aid within minutes. Definitely recommend these ladies for all your hearing aid needs. I will return when it’s time to buy new ones. Thanks again for great service.

  From the moment you check in, you are treated like the most important person in their world. Donna is so polite and patient as she wants to make 100% sure things are exactly as you need them to be. They are always willing to do their best to squeeze me in if an emergency issue pops up which is very appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Nova to anyone in need of hearing assistance.
