If I could give 0 stars I would. extremely unprofessional, especially when it comes to children the staff has zero patience. No wonder the reviews on google are what they are. I would NOT recommend this dentist to ANYONE! Takes months to get an appointment just to be disappointed

I am very disappointed with how this office handles young patients. After waiting 6–7 months to get my daughter’s cavities filled, she was fully numbed up, only for the doctor to abruptly turn us away. Right after the injections—when anyone, especially a child, would be squeamish—she got scared and whined as he picked up a sharp instrument. Instead of reassuring her or letting her catch her breath, the doctor immediately sat her up and refused to do the work, telling us to go to a different dentist. I asked him multiple times to give her a second chance to calm down, but he refused.
This is unfortunately a pattern; two years ago, an assistant refused to work with her for the exact same reason (though two other assistants were fantastic and had zero issues because they actually had patience). Leaving a child with a numbed mouth and turning us away after a half-year wait—despite a parent actively advocating for a quick reset—shows a complete lack of basic bedside manner and compassion. I do not recommend this clinic for children or anyone who gets nervous at the dentist.

The front desk staff definitely needs to be educated. They have five people up there and rarely do they ever answer the phone. I am a dental hygienist and I have been in the dental field for over 30 years, as a dental assistant and a dental hygienist along with doing front desk work, I know how a dental office should be run. For somebody to get extractions, Dentures should not take any more than a couple months not 9 months. Recently When he had mentioned something to the front desk lady whichever uneducated lady that was, that he cannot eat she says "well you got front teeth to chew on". Let me tell you that every tooth in your mouth has a function the front teeth are cutters, your canines are for tearing, in your molars are for chewing so if you are relying on your front teeth for chewing you're going to have issues. you're going to have more bone loss and you're also going to have mobility issues for relying on teeth to do a job that they aren't meant to do. Yesterday, after 8 months since extractions, my husband got his wax try in. He came home to tell me that he didn't like the color of the top because they do not match the bottom I told him to call the office. the next step is a delivery. After 2 days somebody finally answered the phone and he told the lady that he was not happy with the color of the top teeth because they do not match the bottom and he would like to speak to the doctor about it. She absolutely refused and said that he can deal with it as next appointment, which is the delivery by the way. After you have teeth set in acrylic and something's not right because somebody failed to deliver a message that will end up being a total remake. As far as fillings go, Dental professionals take an oath to do no harm. This office does not follow that oath, in which if they don't change their ways I am going to report it to the board of dentistry. They push all their fillings out over a year in advance, which goes against the oath to do no harm, even if you're restoration falls out which means you now have exposed dentin in which a cavity mushroom within that dentin and cause additional issues but that seems to be okay with them because they put all the big money procedures in quickly and leave the little things for later so with that the Little Things become bigger things.
Bone loss can come from periodontal disease it can also come from ortho, fast moving ortho, but when a hygienist sees any kind of bone while she automatically wants to refer you to a periodontist without digging a little deeper to find out what could possibly be the issue. I absolutely do not whatsoever recommend this office whatsoever until they can get their game into play in which they're very far in the Outfield and many of their staff is very uneducated and have no clue as to how procedures go.

If i could leave 0 stars i would, hands down the worst customer service experience from the worst office staff i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never pick up the phone, they never answer their voicemails and aren’t very helpful even on the rare occasion they actually deem you worthy to have your call answered so get ready to go through the whole process again when you ultimately are left with questions.
Never pick up, rarely call back.
TL;DR of this review: There were 3+ different attempts to get them just to send a preauthorization to my insurance, two of them on the line with my insurance to get a gaping hole in my tooth fixed. Never sent it. It's been around 3 months since my appointment when I asked them to send it while I was in the office.
The longer story behind it:
Got my teeth cleaned in mid February and was told I'd need a root canal as well. Requested they send in a preauthorization for one to my insurance, and scheduled another cleaning early that I knew I would have to pay out of pocket.
After maybe a week or so and some research, I called them to make sure they didn't forget to call me back (I'm the last person who has room to complain about forgetting things). First, I had to call 3 times in as many days before I got a call back. They told me it'd be a while longer than my research had told me.
After another 2ish weeks, I called my insurance to see if they got anything, just in case tech was being buggy. Turns out, they didn't receive anything. So they called the dentist with me still on the line.
The office did not pick up as per usual. They do not have an option for insurance things, so the agent wasn't sure which to pick, so I believe they chose the appointment option. The agent left a message saying to either give me a call or just send in the preauth.
To be clear: I called my insurance to confirm they got a request at all, whether it was approved or not.
Called insurance again 10 days later. By this point, I actively have a GAPING hole in my tooth (just thankful that I don't really have any pain from it, even if I do also find that concerning). They once again, did not receive anything. Insurance called the office again and the normal song and dance of not picking up happened. Another message was left and I waited again.
Again, the call was to confirm if they got a request at all.
Called insurance once again one more time 2 weeks later. They asked if they wanted to call again and I just said no. Because it was the 3rd call and they still had not even SENT IN a preauthorization request.
Called them to cancel my upcoming paying-out-of-pocket cleaning and left a message as well as sending a message from their Contact Us on their website and got a same day response.
