StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Harrisburg East offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

She incorporated tools from the MAPS program to assess body mechanics and positioning, and her attention to detail was incredible. She took the time to really understand what my body needed and delivered one of the most thorough and intentional stretch sessions I’ve ever had. What stood out the most was how genuinely she cares. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that level of heart into what they do. She went well over our scheduled time—even after closing—just to make sure I got the full benefit of the session. Rebecca is absolutely going to be a key part of my health and wellness journey moving forward. I’m truly grateful our paths crossed. I walked in feeling completely drained from the stress of work and life, and left feeling refreshed and recharged. It was the perfect reminder to slow down and take care of yourself.
