  Love the regular dr...Whitlock not so much the female one. and the sales guy Mike is the best. you can ask him anything about your insurance benefits and he can figure it all out.

  Staff was friendly, efficient and on time. My only complaint was a misleading text that I received stating that I would receive $25 off if I booked an exam by Saturday. When I tried to redeem it, I was told the $25 off was on glasses or contacts. That should have been clarified in the original text!

  I bought the glasses from them and I canceled Within 2 business hours, and they told me I cannot cancel the order and then it’s gonna give my money back. Even though I told him I’m not gonna come to pick up the glasses and the guy named Mike he has very bad customer service. There is nobody that can talk to and figure out what the after next. So it was before the order and give them no business they don’t deserve their business from people. Overall, very bad experience and I’m not going there again. And I need my running back from them

  Stay away!!! I've been going here yearly since 2018, and the staff WAS nice. However, every year my glasses were never ready within the 2-week quoted time frame. It takes over a month at times--sometimes two. Additionally, last year I was charged for a test that they didn't submit to my insurance because it was medically unnecessary. I had paid for it at the time of my visit as I thought it was my copay. When I received a bill for the copay, I spoke with the receptionist (who WAS always nice), and she got EXTREMELY nasty with me and said she didn't know I had a copay and told me she had charged me for the test that was not medically necessary. My copay is on the front of my insurance card!!! I tried calling the billing number, but it is impossible to speak to a live person. Today they sent me a text as a yearly reminder to schedule my appointment. All it did was aggravate me because of not wanting to ever deal with the receptionist again, feeling like I was taken advantage of with the "new test", and the irritation of having to wait over a month for my glasses, which is why it took me a year to write this review.
