  This experience was absolutely wonderful. Bethany took her time, explained everything in detail and was very patient with me. I look forward to receiving my very first hearing aids.

  I can not say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. I knew I was having hearing loss for awhile. It was affecting my work and relationships. I hit 50 and had a lot of aging issues hit me, along with some personal issues, and it made me feel so so defeated. I went to a doctor in my normal health care system and was scheduled out for 2 months. I got luck and got a cancelation. I got my hearing test and had to wait another 3 months to get fitted for the hearing aids and another 30 days until I could get it. Momentum got me in within days and I had my hearing aids in less than a week. Bethany was incredible. She made me feel seen and confident again. I am so excited to be able to hear again. I can not thank them enough. The receptionist was so kind and caring too. From the first phone call to walking in to checking out. The office is also so cozy and comfortable too. Again, not enough can be said about my experience.

  The service was exceptional. I arrived with an issue with my hearing aids and was promptly greeted with a smile and a can I help you. The staff took the equipment and proceeded to clean it since no one was available to see me at that time. I was offered a later appointment for the afternoon which I accepted. The issue was found and the hearing aids are on the way for repair. Maybe I was fortunate or the timing was right but the results are what really matter and Momentum made the difference. I highly recommend this company for your hearing Needs. Thanks , Dennis Hall
