  I had an incredible experience at Momentum Hearing Aid Services East. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The staff took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I was amazed by how much hearing technology has improved. This is nothing like the basic hearing test I remember from being discharged from the military. Today’s technology is far more advanced, personalized, and designed to help people hear clearly in everyday situations. As a man of faith, I truly believe God places the right people in our path at the right time. I felt that kindness and compassion during this appointment. The staff treated me with dignity and made me feel that helping people hear better is more than just a job—it is a way of serving others. I highly recommend Momentum Hearing Aid Services East to anyone who is worried about their hearing or nervous about getting hearing aids. They made the entire experience encouraging, informative, and hopeful. I am grateful for the care I received and look forward to hearing more clearly in the days ahead.

  What a lovely first visit. The receptionist was so friendly and the waiting room was beautiful and very relaxing. Even though I purchased my hearing aids elsewhere 5 years ago, Ashley was extremely welcoming and professional. She was very knowledgeable and cared about me and my hearing problem and my hearing aids. She serviced them as if I had bought them from her. It was not a problem. I will be going back when I need to and am looking forward to it.
