  Courteous staff. Excellent pre-check-in. Visit was smooth, excellent Care and treatment. I See a lot of doctors and this is one of the better practices I visit.

  I initially had an appointment scheduled for July 7; however, that appt was rescheduled due to power outages that week. I was rescheduled for July 28. I have tried several times to call the office and talk to them about my appointment and have not had any luck. I left a message yesterday, and called five times this morning. when I finally got through, i was put on hold, which was fine, after five minutes, the system automatically transferred me back into voice mail. I called back 3 more times and when someone answered and said, "please hold" I said, NO. and they said, 'WE ARE TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW" and proceeded to place me back on hold. this is NO way to run a medical practice.

  Well it is great for someone to cut your ingrown toenails instead of you. Ingrown toenails hurt so bad they make you uncomfortable as can be. I knew it would hurt but that little pain is nothing once they come out at all. I loved it my toes are not numb at all. It felt great i can feel my toes not being numb. Thank you to the doctor. Greatly appreciated.
