  I’ve now had the same problem at this store 2 of 2 times I’ve been here. I feel the need to leave a review so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am a GNC Pro member (costs $40 a year), and one of the benefits of the program is a BOGO 50% on almost everything the first week of every month — on top of any regular BOGO 50% promos for general public. When I first came here a few months ago to buy something on BOGO, I was told the item wasn’t part of BOGO. However, I found the exact same product online for BOGO 50%. I politely showed the employee on my phone, and without hesitation, he said “that isn’t the same product” — but it was the same. That visit was a 1 star experience. I ended up ordering the products on the GNC website due to the employee’s lack of knowledge on Pro benefits — and ultimately, the store lost my business. Now, the same thing happened with a (much more helpful) employee. They also didn’t seem to know that GNC Pro BOGO is in addition to regular BOGO promotions. I ended up driving to a different location and getting the exact same products on BOGO 50%. (Note that the product wasn’t advertised as BOGO in store, because it is only BOGO for Pro members. This is likely why he thought it wasn’t BOGO) I hope this store will improve training protocols and ensure that employees thoroughly understand promotions and GNC Pro benefits.

  I had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding she was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find this level of attention and care these days.

  Store is always well stocked and clean. Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. ONLY 3 stars because I feel they lack promotional sales (mainly only BOGO 50% off) and their specialized items are placed randomly throughout the store (would like to see a KETO Section).
