We’re affiliated with XTreme Care (www.xtcare.com), a 20 year old New York based Home Care Agency with around 3,000 patients throughout the five boroughs of New York City, and Nassau and Westchester Counties.
We were founded to provide personal care to our own family and have retained that focus on service to treat everyone as though they are family.
