- TSTori ShriverAug 4, 20262.0Love the instructors and like the classes but have the worst experience with booking classes because you can’t book for anything after your renewal date so you end up missing out on classes the week of your renewal because everything fills up. I originally called to ask about it and they said it’s not an issue and to call ahead if there’s a class you want to be put in. Today I did that the guy accused me of trying to get free classes and said it’s not an issue and that no one else has that problem. Then I tried to cancel because I’m paying for classes I am not able to use and it’s just a waste of money and he said I’m locked into three months of paying because I recently changed memberships then again accused me of trying to get out of paying the studio? Strangest experience and he was so rude. Feels like I got completely scammed and it’s sad because I do really like Pilates.

From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and the positive energy makes it a place you actually look forward to going. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and do a great job making classes both challenging and enjoyable. The class schedule is fantastic, with plenty of options that make it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule. Every time I leave, my body feels stronger, stretched out, and just overall amazing. If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout in a supportive environment, I highly recommend Club Pilates!
