  My first time there and I was very impressed how the staff handled my appointment. Did not wait long at all.The place was super clean. Dr.Won was amazing. Very professional, took time and did not rush and explained every step. The state of technology made my appointment go smooth. I'm a very satisfied customer and I recommend them highly. Pearl Vision is the only way to go for All your vision care. I will return.

  I made the appointment because I need new glasses. I did not receive a prescription for new glasses because they recommended cataract surgery. In the meantime, the doctor I was referred to for the surgery has not given me any appointment, and pretty much left everything up in the air. For everything I have paid I have received NOTHING. Very dissatisfied with Pearle and if nothing happens soon I won't be going back. Edit: I received a call from the doctor at Pearle and they are working on a resolution to this. It is the surgeon they referred me to whose office is dragging their heels to schedule me. And they did not want to prescribe me glasses that would not have made a difference because of the cataracts. I am changing my rating to 3 stars. If I am successful in getting an appointment for cataract surgery I will give them 5 stars. The doctor and Pearle seem very concerned about doing the right thing, and it would not be fair to blame them for the surgeons office apathy and passivity. I will update.

  I will say the doctor doing the exam is amazing. The other staff unprofessional. When filling out registration paperwork prior to appointment was told that Retinal imaging was optional. When I arrived at the appointment I was told it was not optional and that appointment could not be guaranteed unless I paid out of pocket for it. That was for myself, my husband, and my two sons. I then had to pay $156 out of pocket for imaging that I initially opted out of on registration forms. While the appointments were happening. The man in charge of processing the glasses spoke to at least three or four customers about problems with eyeglasses and instead of trying to figure out if it was a manufacturing issue he stated to all of them that it was something they were doing wrong and found it funny. It was highly unethical to say the least. I ended up having to go somewhere else to fulfill my prescriptions because I was told I had to pay for extra add-ons that my insurance did not cover and those were not optional as well. My insurance only covered so much of the frames but none of the frames in the store were under that amount. They did not even submit a claim for any of the examinations that we received today. I would say never go to this practice. I believe the doctor should find a better place because she's exceptional and the business is unethical. Wherever she goes I would go but I would never go back to that place because of all the questionable fraudulent unethical unprofessionalism that was obtained from the front end of the store. This includes spelling names wrong, forcing people to pay for things out of pocket even though that is optional to the customer and simply making fun of customers because they're glasses don't work. I have seen some rude individuals in my life. I have never seen such indescribable unprofessionalism among staff. Do not go here whether they take your insurance or not. Please take the time to go somewhere else.
