  I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for two outstanding employees at your Giant Pharmacy, Faye and Michele, whose compassion, dedication, and persistence made an enormous difference for my parents and our entire family. After my father’s hip replacement surgery, he was prescribed Eliquis to help prevent blood clots during his recovery. When my parents went to fill the prescription, they learned that their insurance would not cover the medication and that the cost would be approximately $700. As retirees living on a fixed income, this was a significant and unexpected financial burden. Rather than simply telling my parents there was nothing that could be done, Faye and Michele immediately went to work looking for solutions. Faye began the process, spending time researching possible assistance programs, discounts, and alternatives that might help reduce the cost. Michele then followed through the next day, continuing the effort and successfully completing the process. Because of their teamwork, determination, and willingness to go the extra mile, my father was able to receive a 30-day supply of Eliquis at no cost. That was exactly what he needed during his recovery, and it lifted a tremendous burden from my parents at a time when they were already dealing with the challenges of surgery and rehabilitation. What stands out most is that neither Faye nor Michele treated this as just another prescription. They treated my parents as people who needed help and refused to give up until they found a solution. In today’s world, it is increasingly rare to encounter employees who are willing to invest that much time, effort, and genuine care on behalf of a customer. Please recognize Faye and Michele for their exceptional service. They are tremendous assets to your organization and exemplify the very best qualities of professionalism, compassion, and customer care. Our family will never forget the kindness they showed, and we are profoundly grateful for everything they did.   I just transferred my prescription, per the pharmacy tech's recommendation, to cvs. My copay at giant pharmacy was $372, at cvs it's $185. While i didn't appreciate that both reps here were unpleasant to me, and the insurance company rep was at fault (too long of a story to post) the advice of switching pharmacies saved me $187, so thank you.

  Great staff! Hope Giant appreciates them and doesn’t let them get stressed or overwhelmed. They should close for lunch breaks. They are appreciated!
