Allison the secretary is a breath of fresh air—professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Allison helped get my father seen and appt. with an ENT (at another office-which was not easy-due to timing) and we were able to get his ears cleaned out and he could hear again! What an amazing extra effort award for her! I was also blown away by the knowledge the staff (Dr. Kate Faunce) shared regarding my father's ears and hearing. He has always left his appointment feeling empowered and well-informed rather than just 'processed.' The service is exceptional, and you can tell they pride themselves on excellence. My father recently moved to Pittsburgh and they were still ableto help him and get him great care. We highly recommend Audio Nova!
