- SBStephen BarbieriAug 30, 20265.0Let me start off by saying that my first experience with LensCrafters in the Glen Eagle town center has been nothing but the Best Karla The sales associate is so sweet and so professional and so accommodating I had an issue at another eyeglass place where they snapped my Oakley frames critically in half and I was able to get my prescription lenses out of them and I brought them along with my new frames over to the Glen Eagle Town Center, LensCrafters and Karla Was more than happy to assist me With putting my existing Prescription lenses into my new frames even though my prescription lenses were too big for the size frames that I got replaced from Oakley. It was not a big deal for Karla At all, she took them back to the lab and she shaved my lenses down to the exact size to fit the frames. She is a magician. She was very knowledgeable on explaining to me that I should book an eye exam more frequently due to that my insurance will pay for it. So that’s exactly what I did. I booked an eye exam and Ashley, who took all my exam scans was so sweet and so personable, and the doctor optometrist who did my exam was so professional and really knows her job really well when my exam was all completed. My prescription didn’t change much but a little bit so Karla Assisted me with my Nike frames on getting my new prescription ordered and my frame sent out to have my new glasses to come back to be perfectly on my face for style with my new prescription LensCrafters of Glen Eagle shopping center will now be my ultimate place for all my eye care needs everyone that works there Should really get a raise and be praised for their work they do. I will always get my eye exams done here as well thank you for all that you guys do. Keep up the good work Stephen Barbieri.
