  Such friendly environment with many glasses to choose from! Lamia helped me throughout my visit today and she was very informative and helpful with explaining everything! Definitely will be coming back!

  Staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Lamia was extremely helpful & gave me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. The selection of frames were also good.

  I had an eye exam and had eye glasses done there a year and a half ago and was very happy. Sent multiple friends there. I did have a "telehealth" appointment. Price for cash patient- $69.99 for exam. Made appointments in April 2026 for me and my son online. I just went today. There was a doctor- all very pleasant and great. But the cost of the exam (all I needed was eyeglass prescription) was $108. Was a bit surprised. So then I called because for my son I can get an exam for glasses for less than $108. The lady on the phone explained that if you see a "real doctor" then it is $40 more... really? No one tells you this. Not online, not at the location. I am not crying for $40, I work in the field myself and hate any shadeness ( miscommunication). At least when I called there could be a nicer tone of voice and maybe "sorry" for misunderstanding, but now I feel like they really don't care. Great corporate attitude... They lost my family and friends over small very fixable thing Hope in the future they will give people more information and choice
