  The first thing you realize from day one is this is not a typical gym. You are there because you want to be there. Yo're there to learn,develope and grow into the healthy body you've always wanted but didn't quite know how to get there. If you have unachieved goals this is the place for you. If you're tired of cuddling through diet after diet then this is for you If you want to really push through with confidence then this is the path you should take.

  I was looking for a gym where I could work on strength training and just getting stronger in general. There truly is not another gym like Square 1 in this area. The best way I can describe it is that it is not quite as intense as a Crossfit gym, but it definitely is a higher level than some other gyms that offer “strength training” classes with minimal equipment, or other gyms that are overcrowded because of the name on the door. The workouts here really allow you to push yourself while being completely do-able and adaptable to your specific needs. You get what you put in! Seeing my body change and continue to get stronger & stronger has been the best reward! Steve is an incredible trainer and really cares about his clients. Not to mention the place is incredibly clean and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I highly encourage you to come check it out and give it a try. Your future self will thank you!
