As a guy who never did yoga before, I had to rid myself of any preconceived notions of what yoga is and was pleasantly surprised! The owner, Lacey and all her instructors are so nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have one-off fun events (pajama yoga and cinco de mayo yoga) but also a wide selection of 6 different classes every week for all levels of yoga. A few classes are more relaxed while others are a full body workout. My back and whole body are no longer stiff and it really helps de-stress and clear your mind. Their intro deal for 3 classes is great to get a feel for the classes, instructors and studio, (and they have inexpensive mat rentals if you don’t have one) and you will genuinely be happy to be part of the YogaSix community! :)))

I especially love the Sculpt and Flow classes—each one is different, but they all follow the same structure and always leave me feeling like I got an amazing workout in. Beyond the classes, the community here is truly fantastic. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, which makes YogaSix such a fun place to be. I can’t recommend it enough! If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should! 💕
