We got new prescriptions and the entire staff was incredibly kind and courteous. No one pushed to sell us anything more than what we needed. - ENErin NagleySep 15, 20245.0I'm very happy with the customer experience from Gail and her team at Pearle Vision! While ordering my glasses, Gail was so patient and answered all questions fully. She walked me through the different options I had through my insurance and helped me to understand it all. When I received my glasses, they had a defect and were slightly warped. Gail attempted to fix the issue, but when they were still warped she said she was going to reorder them - no hassle and no questions asked. Gail made it so easy and painless to fix the issue, and I'm so happy with my new glasses! I will definitely be coming back again for glasses in the future!
