The sales staff were extremely rude and spoke in a confrontational manner. Asking about insurance details felt more like an interrogation by a police officer than a normal customer service interaction. There was a complete lack of professionalism—no patience, no respect, and no effort to explain things politely. Instead of helping, the staff made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. Customer service should be welcoming and informative, Unfortunately, this location fell far below those expectations. I would not recommend this store unless significant improvements are made in staff training and professionalism.
