  The staff was friendly and efficient. The eye exam was professionally done. They do a much better job then most other eye glass establishment. I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters for anyone needing eye glasses.

  By far the finest place to have your eyes examined, your glasses expertly fitted and purchased, or to receive any ophthalmic procedure you may need. The staff are warm, engaging, and genuinely personable, creating the feeling that you’re being cared for by family rather than visiting a medical office. Although it is part of a large organization, every aspect of the experience feels personal, prompt, and highly professional.

  PARENTS & CUSTOMERS BE WARNED: Always monitor your accounts and prices closely before paying anything here. This store has a highly deceptive pattern of behavior.On July 14, 2026, I came in to order glasses. I presented a coupon code from my patient app. The staff member repeatedly shortchanged me, claiming it only offered $50 off and making up excuses that it didn't apply to my specific frames. He even tried to use a generic corporate code instead of the one I provided. I felt completely misled until I insisted on seeing his computer monitor, found my exact code, and forced him to input it—at which point the price instantly dropped by an extra $100.Then on July 16, 2026, I brought my children for scheduled eye exams. Upon arrival, management flatly told me our coverage was denied and blamed me for the issue. When I opened my patient app and proved that this exact office had pushed through finalized account transactions on July 15, 2026—a full day before my children were ever seen—the staff panicked.Instead of apologizing for the massive process gap, the manager became incredibly hostile, fabricated a story, and tried to convince me this was normal. Immediately following our argument, they used their internal system access to wipe out the July 15th profile updates in real-time and issued new tracking numbers under the July 16th date to alter the digital trail.Be very careful. If you do not actively watch your screen and check your app, you could easily be overcharged due to their system habits. I am submitting formal complaints with corporate compliance and state consumer protection agencies regarding this manager's hostile behavior and the real-time record manipulation.
