  Terrible customer service, discrimination, and police escalation at LensCrafters over Meta Smart Glasses. I am completely appalled by how my family and I were treated by the management team, specifically RuthAnne Deceder and another female manager on duty. We were forced to visit this store four separate times just to get my Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which are still loose on my face. During our last visit, the managers refused to hand over my property, falsely claiming I never paid for them. They kept insisting that we hadn’t paid our copay and kept pointing toward my old pair of glasses. This was completely different from what we were told during our previous three visits. When we tried to explain , they flat out refused to listen. They didn't even bother to check the notes left by their own store assistants from our previous visits.Our total out-of-pocket invoice for our family's visits, eye exams, and glasses totaled $1,500 (on top of insurance), yet she insisted I paid nothing toward my orderApart from this, the services for which my husband was in the store wasn’t even looked into. We remained completely calm, did not raise our voices, and used no bad language. Despite this, the other manager jumped in, told us to take our business elsewhere, and ordered us to leave. When we politely stated that we just wanted the high-value items and service we paid for before leaving, they called the police on us.My 7th-grade child was with us the entire time and was terrified by how we were being targeted. When the police arrived, they entirely understood our position but unfortunately had their hands tied regarding the store property. The officers advised us to get the managers' business cards to file an official corporate complaint. While RuthAnne gave her information, the second female manager absolutely refused to provide her card or even her name. The blatant racism, disrespect, and weaponization of the police against calm customers over merchandise we fully paid for —all in front of my scared child— is unacceptable. LensCrafters and Meta corporate need to investigate this immediately.. #discrimination #badservice

  Everyone is very friendly and very professional. The doctor that I saw today. I have also seen in the past. It is doctor Shereen Hakki. She is excellent. Very friendly explains. Any problems very clearly offers you alternatives, and the glasses that she prescribes are always accurate. Thank you !

  Had a great experience at my eye appointment! Dr. Hakki was thorough, attentive, and patiently answered all my questions. I also ordered my glasses, and Aidan provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful in finding the right frames for me. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish!

  Great experience. The Eye Dr was the best I’ve ever seen and the following sales rep was great. Pricing always feels too high, but perhaps that is the trade off for great service.
