With new ownership comes new rules. Before you join be aware that you can’t move to more advanced classes regardless of your skill level and strength until you complete 50 level 1.5 flow classes. There’s not an opportunity to test for proficiency before you complete the required number (and none of the other 1.5 classes like cardio or suspend count) It’s also very difficult to get into classes so moving up will be almost impossible. There also appears to be a high level of turnover with the instructors. They are all good but they don’t seem to stay long.

Do they ever stop making harassing phone calls? One should realize that when someone tells them they are not interested they should stop as calling 2x a day every day will not wear me down but prompt me to file a harassment law suite. I have their phone number blocked now and they still call 2x a day as shown on my blocked call list. I've asked them over 6 times to stop calling and they just never stop. You will never have my business so stop wasting your time.

Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to schedule a class. It appears that most classes are booked far in advance. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Facility and instructors are great, but given the scarcity of openings for classes i would recommend finding another place to join.

I was confused about how to purchase 4 classes. Thought I did that - to try it out and I knew I would never do it long term, too much travel. Apparently, according to Randy, I should have "listened better" to the sales pitch at the end of my first trial class or read my contract. I realize I made a mistake but there is no grace given by staff. I now will pay for 2 months and 8 classes yet will only be attending the 3 classes that I already went to. I should give less stars but I actually enjoyed my 3 classes - it's just not for me.

I have worked out with Pilates for over four years, principally at the Exton PA studio. The amount of time alone is a huge positive referral for Club Pilates. All of the instructors are excellent, skilled, attentive and fun . The studio and facilities are always spotlessly clean which makes my workout experience perfect. My recommendation also applies to the Club Pilates Frazer and Whiteland Studios. And, of course the Pilates workout has been effective along with being enjoyable.
