  The entire staff was amazing! Very nice, professional and helpful right from get go. They have accommodating hours and a great selection of glasses. Dr. Leszek was fantastic! So knowledgeable, professional and personable. I highly recommend!!

  The receptionist here was incredibly rude to my husband not once, but twice. If you are the first person someone is speaking to when calling a place, the least you can do is be kind.

  I needed new glasses after cataract surgery a few months ago and I stopped in Gem City to look at frames and schedule an appointment. The girl at the desk, Hayley, was very friendly and accommodating. She checked with the doctor and told me they could get me in right away If I had the time. The whole staff was great from start to finish. I got my glasses sooner than expected, and I am very pleased with them. Special shout out to Hayley for making the whole process, timely and efficient.

  I bent my glasses frame badly while visiting the Erie area. I was stressed, dealing with a death in the family, and was relieved to find Gem City Eye Care near my hotel. My glasses were perfectly adjusted by Hayley who was kind, professional and charming. My thanks to her. The physical space is lovely- airy with nice decor.
