She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me feel confident in my choices, and was professional every step of the way. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but I found Stephanie — she is the absolute best! I also want to give a shout out to Aqsa, who was so kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the experience, as well as the eyeglass tech who made my sunglasses the very same day! The entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. Both pairs of glasses are perfect in style, quality, and price! I’m so glad I stopped in. Thanks for being there — you truly made my day. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM, arrived on time, and was told my appointment was canceled without any prior notice. No phone call, no message, nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Patients should be informed in advance if there are any changes. I do not recommend this location
