I’m going to start off with saying DO NOT skip this review. I needed to find a dentist in the area that could get me in to evaluate onset tooth pain and perform a routine exam/cleaning. I came in for an evaluation and right away I should have walked out. The staff gives off extremely toxic energy. Talking down on other customers in front of everyone in the waiting room was the first red flag. The doc performed his exam and was able to determine that I had one larger cavity and a few small ones. My next visit went well besides the fact I was numb for over a half hour until the procedure started due to the doctor arguing with staff about patients again. Immediately have worse tooth pain in the larger cavity and came in for a second look just to be told to take Benadryl and blamed it on allergies. Long story short, almost 8 months later of constant pain and waiting to get in to a dentist, I’ve had to get a root canal done due to the fact that the tooth was filled entirely on the nerve ending. The BEST part is that I specially asked if this could be the issue when I followed up on pain just days after the filling and I was lied to my face! I was told it wasn’t even close to the nerve! The other dentists were shocked to see it first hand on the X-rays. Stay away! Far away! I’ve read through the negative reviews multiple times and I sympathize with anyone who let this dentistry touch their mouth.

My first experience there was very positive, I went here to get a second opinion,. I ended up needing my wisdom teeth removed which went well but william penn dentistry not only ignored my cavities but told me they were nothing to worry about. Fast forward to now I made an appointment with them, and nobody showed up. The office stayed closed 40 mins after their lunch hour and my 1pm appointment. Not only that but my cavities were something to worry about and I now need two root canals.

PACK IT UP! this place seriously needs to have some research done on it. EXTREME malpractice and all of your licenses, and certs need to be taken away. i dont know where filling cavities calls for filing the teeth down to the root and then proceeding to fill it is apart of any, LITERALLY ANY dental work. My poor friend had to spent gruesome hours in the emergency room with excruciating pain. NEVER BRING ANYONE HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
