Rosalie was great. She will always explain what she was doing next and ask if all was going well.
She made sure you were comfy and not in pain. Very great experience. I recommend it and owner was very nice.

Rosalie is thoughtful and gentle (yet not too gentle) with her stretching skills. I’m always surprised by how my breathing opens up after a session. The lab is clean and relaxing.

What a great preventative and proactive way to protect yourself and how you’ll move around day to day! I don’t know too many people that wouldn’t benefit from some assisted stretching and mobility exercises! As a former gymnast, dancer, athlete, still active adult- this has been quite invaluable for my overall productivity and helps me keep progressing in my workouts and any activity I do!

I absolutely love Stretch Lab! I’ve been dealing with hip and lower back issues, anterior pelvic tilt, and SI joint dysfunction for years. Things got much worse last August, to the point where I could barely walk a few hundred feet without needing to stop and rest. My lower back and hips would lock up, with pain radiating through the area.
Chiropractic care helped with adjustments, but my tight muscles kept pulling everything back out of alignment. When I heard Stretch Lab was opening on William Penn Highway, I was thrilled and signed up for an intro session right away. I knew I needed this.
I’ve been coming for weekly 50-minute sessions with Natalie for over three months now, and it has genuinely changed my world. Stretch Lab has been the perfect complement to my chiropractic care. My flexibility has improved so much that even my chiropractor has commented on the difference. Thanks to Natalie’s guidance, I stand straighter, move more easily, and my muscles feel noticeably less tight.
Natalie is fantastic to work with—she really listens and helps me overcome barriers with my at-home stretches. In February, there were days I could barely walk at work. Now people are commenting on how much better I walk and the new pep in my step. I’m so grateful for the progress!
I highly recommend the Stretch Lab if you are having any flexibility/tight muscle issues. Not only is Natalie great, but all the staff there seem wonderful to work with so you won't go wrong with whoever you choose.
