Compassionate Care and Services  When you make the personal choice to accept care from our compassionate team of colleagues at Lehigh Valley Hospice–Pocono within the Monroe County Hospice House or our home care services through our visiting nurses, you and your family are in the hands of specially educated and trained nurses, dedicated volunteers and support staff with extensive experience.
