  County HomeMakers is the only home care agency I would use. They provided friendly, caring and helpful PCAs when I went though the most difficult years of my life. If my PCA would call off and another would not be available, the office staff them selves would come out to provide my care. This has never happened with any other agency I have had.

  This company has always been for the welfare of the consumers and it's workers. The company has a warm family friendly feeling when you walk in through the front door. I can not imagine finding anywhere better than County Homemakers, Inc. The Pcas are loving, hard workers, and are always ready to help a person any way they can. Everyday here is always a new experience, we are all one big family. I

  Been waiting for my direct deposit since Dec of 2017, it's now May 2018. All I got was, fill out a form, well how many forms and voided checks does it take? Kinda Scarry having missing paperwork with my bank account numbers floating around .When you inquire about it I got "I put app in mail but it will be late due to weather" I even personally handed them my direct deposit app and still nothing.

  The Beaver Falls office is extremely unreliable and they don't return your phone calls when your homemaker doesn't show up. They constantly leave you hanging with no help. I've been a client for 3 months and not once have they met the hours they are under contract to provide me. But most of the Homemakers that actually come are nice and helpful.

  The people that work there, never let you talk to Mr. Carlson, and they are rude and disrepectful in the phone.
