WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP IS WEIGH IN ONLY!
Weight Watchers of Philadelphia was established in 1964 by Marilyn and Bob Birnhak and was the first independent franchise of Weight Watchers International. Bob and Marilyn both worked with and learned directly from Jean Nidetch, who founded Weight Watchers in 1963 using the diet from the New York Board of Health. The 1963 version was a very strict regimen. Today’s myWW+ is the most flexible, livable and holistic plan ever, focusing on Healthy Eating (no food is off limits), Activity, Mindset and Sleep. Locations, like this WW Studio, are where the magic happens. The live workshop community of Members and Staff set the tone and create a certain magic, helping you succeed in your weight loss journey.
