  I used to love coming here. Dr. Amy was very caring and amazing for all of my visits. The she left to work at another facility and things went downhill. They staff turned very unprofessional and are now charging me upwards of $500 because they forgot to scan my insurance card which I have presented at every visit over a year ago. Not only that they are now refusing to refill any of the medications that I need to function in daily life. They never called me back after the refill request so when I called questioning this since I was seen just a few months ago, but they said I'm overdue for a visit and being dismissed from the practice. There was no further explanation despite having been there earlier this year. Absolutely terrible billing department and uncaring staff that only want money.

  Everyone here is nice and helpful until you have an issue with something they did, then you’re on your own. The amount of times I’ve been sent a bill after an appointment saying I owe them money despite presenting my insurance and offering to pay upfront at the time of said appointment is irritating. They also have you come in every 6 months or more if you have any health condition, or every 1-2 months if you’re taking a controlled substance like Ritalin, which I’ve never heard of being done before until I started seeing them. My brother had an appointment back in August, and they forgot to scan his insurance. Then told him months after the fact that he owes them $500 from the exam and collection fees because he doesn’t have insurance. When he told them that he had insurance and to correct the error, he was told it was too late to send to insurance and he would be liable for the bill despite it being their error in the first place. My brother said he can’t afford that and refused to pay so they dismissed him as a client without notifying him and refused to refill his prescriptions. So now he’s left without a doctor and out of medication. Unless you are completely healthy or don’t mind paying their endless bills, I would not recommend going here.

  A very non-caring practice. My husband was going there for years lost his job had to get on Medicaid needed samples for one more week and they made it sound like we were lying and they would not give us any more samples. Thank God he’s going to WellSpan now so they gave him the samples he needs until he gets his appointment thumbs down to Davenshire medical practice.

  Davenshire medical is one of the best the dr. listens to you and is very thorough in her exams couldn't ask for a better dr.
