  Dr. Shannon has been my dentist for 25 yrs, so when she moved back to the Pittsburgh area, I followed her. It is worth the 2 hour drive for me. She is a stellar dentist, with the mindset of prevention, with her goal of reasonable perfection. The entire staff has been so friendly and efficient to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!

  Ive always said if you can have a one of these your fortunate and two your blessed A skilled and caring dentist A Honest knowledgable mechanic And a solid inspiring other half I couldnt be happier with my visit Personable Attentive Gentle Looking to prevent rather then treat And informed me of options my last two dentist never cared to mention When anyone starts treating u like a number not a patient its ok to move on There are still real professionals out there that care And this office and staff are top notch THANK YOU

  This is the best place I've ever been for dental care. Dr. Lina is truly amazing and highly experienced. She was able to do a filling in one of my teeth that no other dentist was willing to touch. The staff is also incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating when it comes to rescheduling appointments or getting you in quickly if needed. Highly recommend this place!

  I had a deeply troubling experience at Cranberry Dental Care that I feel other patients should know about. During my visit, I witnessed staff members being condescending and rude to another patient, an Indian man who was speaking English as a second language. All he was trying to do was cancel an appointment, but staff spoke to him impatiently and dismissively because of his accent, rather than making any effort to communicate clearly or treat him with basic respect. Staff also loudly and publicly discussed the state of his teeth in front of other patients in the waiting room, embarrassing him in the process. Discussing a patient's health details openly like that isn't just disrespectful, it's a serious privacy violation. That kind of information should never be broadcast to a room full of strangers. While this was happening, another patient in the waiting room began making disparaging comments about him, and staff did nothing to shut this down; if anything, they seemed to go along with it. When I spoke up and said this behavior was inappropriate, staff sided with the other patient and asked me to leave for defending him. When I pushed back on the racism I witnessed, a staff member responded by saying they were Iraqi, as if that made the behavior impossible or excusable. Ethnicity or nationality doesn't grant anyone immunity from being racist toward someone else, that logic doesn't hold up, especially when someone is white-passing and the person on the receiving end of the mistreatment is not. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, particularly patients who may face language barriers or privacy and dignity concerns. Basic respect and professionalism should not be optional in a healthcare setting.
